About JoAnn Weyandt-Fessler
JoAnn's career in real estate and mortgage financing spans over 30 years. She has more than 17 years of successful experience as a Loan Officer in the Central Pennsylvania area along with 16 years of previous real estate sales. JoAnn possesses a wealth of knowledge and a clear understanding of today's challenges and how to face them head on. She has a deep commitment not only to her customers, but also to the community at large. Her primary responsibility at Heritage Home Mortgage is to oversee the growth of our business in the Central Pennsylvania region.
JoAnn is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University in where she received a B.S. degree in Accounting. As a loan officer, she has received annual awards for both production and customer service over the course of her career. During her real estate sales career, and as an Associate Broker, she received numerous awards for outstanding sales volume, including the Professional Merit Award, bestowed by the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors for her community involvement.
JoAnn prides herself on being available to her customers and referral sources. In her career as a loan officer, she has developed expertise in areas such as first time home buyers, new construction and government loan programs. "No one will work harder than me to meet the needs of our customers. I use every available option to help get our customers into a home."
JoAnn enjoys golfing and is the proud mother of one son. She is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and The Mortgage Banking Association of Central Pennsylvania. She served as a Board of Director for GHAR and State President for the Women's Council of Realtors.
